Take action

You do have a voice. Use it.

Local government can't veto this project — but the public record can shape the CPUC's decision. Here's how to make your opposition count.

What you can do

  1. 1

    Submit formal comments

Every comment becomes part of the official public record the CPUC must consider. This is the single highest-leverage action.

  2. 2

    Push for better routes

Demand SDG&E and the CPUC seriously study alternatives — including existing corridors — rather than cutting through Temecula Creek.

  3. 3

    Demand strong environmental review

Insist on rigorous CEQA/NEPA review of impacts to the creek, the Santa Margarita River, schools, and the community.

  4. 4

    Attend hearings & workshops

Show up to open houses, CPUC proceedings, and City Council meetings. Presence and turnout matter.

  5. 5

    Work with elected leaders

Contact your city, county, and state representatives and ask them to formally oppose the route.

  6. 6

    Raise public awareness

Share the facts, talk to neighbors, and help grow the record of community opposition.

  7. 7

    Help build this site

This is a community-driven site, and it's growing as new information comes in. If you have research, photos, documents, or a story to share — or you just want to help write content — reach out and we'll add it for you.
